    personally i put the flowmasters on my v6 with custom tubing(true dual) and i thought it sounded good, didnt notice a performance increase or decrease but i liked the sound and lots of compliments.

    check out mustangworld.com how to's. they do it there without the spring compressor. i remember it was pretty hard for me when i installed springs on old v6 and next time(on the 8) im not gonna used the compressor. maybe this helps, maybe not?

    FRPP 99-04 GT Blower Kit

    it is for the 99+...it says 96-98 with pi heads or 99+ with install kit part number is m-6066-m463...do a search on frpp website or elsewhere.
