Fuel pump stays running when key on engine off??

If your car is doing the same thing, I would read out pins as described earlier in this thread if you have already swapped the CCRM. These days you should be able to find a 94/95 ECU pretty cheap / easily at a junk yard. Worth a shot.

some more progress. slow but steady. have to run all new fuel lines and trans cooler lines, wire and clean everything up and should be time to fire.

    Best Timing

Are you sure you got the firing order correct when installing the new wires? Wires seated on the plugs all the way? As far as the plugs, I never run anything other then good old regular autolites. What kind of distributor did you install?

No Crank Or Start 95 Gt??

Stupid question, but did you hook both the main power wire and solenoid wire back up to the starter? As for a ground, for my build I ran a 1g cable from the block to the frame rail on the passenger side. I'm not sure where the stock ground went as I got mine as a roller.

    Cannot Decide

I would stay away from those SVE heads. You can usually find good deals on a good set of used AFR 185's or Trick Flow equivalent for that price. Add a mild street cam to that on a stock 351 and you will have all the power you need for a daily driven street stang.

    Electrical How To Proceed

Sounds like the CCRM to me. I'd also pull the passanger side kick panel and see if the ECU got wet.

Priming the oil pump, extensions came apart (even though they were taped together). Clink Clink Clunk right to the bottom. couldn't get it out with a magnet due to it being wedged under the oil pickup. Had to pull the motor and drop the pan. Crud in the pan is just some pain overspray from...

Getting Ready To Put The Engine Back Together. Quick Question.

its the one closest to you (front) on a SBF Windsor #1 cylinder. If you ever get confused, just look at the intake or exhaust port in relation to the corresponding valve.

    Oil Pump Slowly Dying?

I would change the sending unit first. It's cheap and easy to do. You could also pull the distributor and a valve cover, and spin the oil pump drive shaft with a drill to verify you have good flow. There is a pressure relief valve in the pump that if the spring starts to get weak will result...

Getting Ready To Put The Engine Back Together. Quick Question.

Make sure it is TDC on the #1 compression stroke. AKA turn it over until the #1 intake valve starts to close. When the #1 piston is at TDC after the intake valve closes you are good to set your distributor as stated above.

Sure do. Going to pull it back out this weekend and throw the headers on.

    95 Stang

Replace your O2 sensors. When an O2 sensor fails, the ECU reverts to open loop operation, causing the rich condition.
