    Rear Brakes

Wouldn't he be able to fit a "thinner" pad versus a "thicker" pad? If his stock rotor is thinner than the Cobra rotor, the Cobra pad should go on easily. No?

    Can Roller Lifters Wear Out?

Look for any blemish on the roller itself. Mine (135,000+) had minor grooves in a few rollers. Shocked me, so I pulled the cam, and glory be, there were matching grooves/lines on the cam lobes. Gonna change my oil a little more frequently......

Fuel Press Reg not sealing well....options?

You can use a big (like 36mm or over 1") socket to go over the entire regulator, then you can tap the socket to help seat the regulator. I've got a 95, so I've only got 2 bolts, and I'm trying to use a Kirban reg. I'm going to get new o-rings, because I think that they might have had a bad...

Fuel Press Reg not sealing well....options?

Replaced old fuel injectors and took fuel pressure regulator off to give it a good cleaning. Now regulator doesn't want to seat. Tryed big socket, and lubing o-rings. Still getting small leak when pump runs. Any suggestions?

HELP! Lost all 4 H2O pump pulley bolts.

Thanks. I was thinking that they were metric, like 12 or 13mm. Or maybe 1/2 inch. I'm pretty sure mine are coarse thread. got a two hour window between getting off and hardware store closing, and it's starting to sleet again. This is going to be ugly! :nonono: :nonono: :nonono: :nonono:

HELP! Lost all 4 H2O pump pulley bolts.

GOOD IDEA! And when I find them (or get some new ones) i'll put some on them. I was just going to put on some underdrives, and then thought I should replace my thermostat and clean the housing also. Between me, my 11 year old, and two buddies somebody moved or pocketed the bolts and now I...

    testpipes/ gutting the cats?

I was able to gut the fronts w/a long screw driver and a hammer, a little at a time, until the only pieces that are left are small enough to come out when you turn the pipe upside down.

    UPDATE: Idle Speed Problem

When my PIP went out on me it just caused a rough idle not high though. It's a PITA to change, because not only do you have to pull the distributor, the shaft has to come off and the gear at the bottom. I pulled my distributor and took the whole thing to local gas station and they changed it...
