    Ford All the way, i don't have any problems with my 89 LX (it was a 4 banger now it has a 351) is a very docile car and you got the biggest aftermarket in the world. :cheers:

    i agree with all of you: if you have a 5 speed go with the 3.73 if you have an Aod go 4.10
