    no spare.. i used brake cleaner and rinsed it out alot. Also used like a q tip to clean inside and flushed several times... i think it might have been stuck it was pretty gumbed up

    12 - idle speed control out of range 44 - air mangment system inoperative 94 - secondary air system inoperative got that while the car was running.. just cleaned the iac motor with no change.. was pretty black inside tho! cleaned as best as i could

    i unpluged the iac with the car running and the idle didnt change at all...

    i just set the tps like a week ago to around .99 volts but i will check and clean the iac motor

    when its cold... if i start it will idle for a second then die with out giving it any gas, do it again and it will die, etc. etc... it would take prob 10 trys before it will idle with out it turning off... now if i start it and hold the gas pedal to about 2,000rpms for about 4 seconds it will...

    if you need to start the car before you get your harness.. Make sure the car is in Netural turn the key to the on position where you hear the fuel pump prime.. then pop the hood and start it with a screw driver on the starter solinoid by touching the two bolts

    make sure the throttle cable is not stuck causing it to go to wide open throttle...

    yes under is the easy way! i take off the cross memeber and have the jack support the rear of the tranny and then lower the tranny about 4 inches and gives easy access to the top with extensions

    where to find 140mph "stock" cluster

    usually about 75-150 is average price. Easy place would be ebay.. or other mustang part sections forums, craigslist etc... Easy to take off and install a new one.. Prob a 30 min job you cant mess it up!

    doing a t5 swap... looks like the rear seal isnt leaking at all.. i know the aod was rebuilt 43,000 miles ago. so im thinking they changed it then... should i even bother??

    Most of the port work is more inside the head opening up the bowls etc... so looks can be deceiving

    i would take em to a shop and have them flow tested before going threw all that work for just a couple cfms increase!

    never had any problems installing them ive done about 3... just lighty tap it in even all the way around it should just slide right in..

    Im doing the swap again this very moment. Its simple and this is the second mustang ive done it too! The way i did it was do the pedals one weekend and do the rest the next weekend. Find parts here, ebay, other mustang sites, and craigslist.... AOD to T5: A 12 Step Program »...
