    You might have a JBL system. if you do plan on chaging the head unit you will have to rewire the system. You can always run speaker wire from the headunit to the out puts of the amp.     Red Light to the left of steering wheel

    I don't really think a mustang has a red light next to the steering wheel. they may have been right about the aftermarket alarm. Find out what type of alarm it is and maybe I cab help. Or just go to your nearest Circuitcity or Best Buy. It maybe in Valet mode if it is a solid red light.

    Best 12V Key Ignition

    I beleive the best place would be from the main ignition harness, just put a fuse in-line. Off the top of my head i think it's a blue with red wire. Not sure, i'd have to check my specs at work.
