    I can take a pic if you guys want but I have discovered that the motor mounts are thrashed! but even with the new filter on there I can't slide my finger in between the sway bar and shorter filter!

    thanks for the tips guys! I got the car before a deployment and didn't get to much play around time, so I have been playing catch up lately. I took a look and the motor mounts look pretty crappy, which means I will be replacing those soon.

    Don't know for sure but couldn't you just mill them down to 58cc? but I think that hurts the overall airflow a little though...(not totally sure my internet wisdom is not the greatest).

I was running a Wix filter #51515 from oreilly's and one of the few guys that are good up there found me a Microgard MGL8A which on paper should be the same but real life is about an inch shorter. The crack was at the very bottom, so I should have plenty of clearance now but tomorrow...

    imo it looks like if you took an inch or so out of it that it wouldn't look so big and maybe give more clearance back to prevent scrapes.

    Compared to my last vehicle which was a SRT 10 Ram/Amazing!! The fox is loud on the inside, smells like exhaust, and way slower! But I love the "crustang" as it has been nicknamed by my buddies and its so easy/cheap to work on that I can't see myself selling it any time soon.
