    Xenon Spoiler

They seem like good guys. My brother is stationed in Iraq and ordered me a X-Mas gift from there: rubber floor mats for snowy days and APG Mirroe Skins. I want to return the skins because they don't cover the entire mirror. I called and asked some questions and the guy on the phone was more than...

    Xenon Spoiler

Ok, I did some searching but couldn't really find any opinions about the Xenon or 3d Carbon ducktail spoiler. I want one that covers the factory holes. I know Xenon and 3dCarbon cover the holes. Does anyone have either spoiler? If so, what do you think? Installation process, painting (from...

Does any ducktail meet these specs?

I think the Xenon ducktail on www.cal-mustang.com ($260-270?) meets all three requirements. www.autoaccessory4u.com ($205) also carries it. They are cheaper but charge $215 to paint it. Not sure what cal-mustang charges

    Matrix GR Motorsports Inc

Has anyone ever heard of this company? Are they any good. I saw one of there billet grille overlays online and was wondering if they are worth it. Thanks in advance

    Cold weather on the brakes

Sorry for the late response, I've been away from the boards for a while. I called Ford and they said that the car would have to be towed in and it would be looked at within 3-4 days. I couldn't afford to give up my car for that long. I talked to a couple friends who also drive manual...

    Cold weather on the brakes

Seems like i have the same problem: This morning was probably the first bitterly cold day in the Philly area since I bought my Mustang in March. After disengaging the parking brake, I put the vehicle into reverse (manual trans, by the way), hit the gas to back out of my driveway, and nothing...

    Moving the fog lights

Thanks for the heads-up. My intention is to use the factory fogs but now I'm thinking that they'll be too large for the lower grill. How reliable is the info about Blow-By Racing? If it's true, that's good to know

    Moving the fog lights

Thanks zeingdog. I'm heading to Wildwood this weekend for the Classic Car Show and was thinking of stopping by Cervini's to see the products and ask a few questions. It's difficult to judge a product based on an internet picture. If I stop by, is there someone who can answer questions or is it...

    Moving the fog lights

Not a bad idea. But I figured since I already have the lights, I would use them and just buy new bezels (if needed).

    Moving the fog lights

I am about to purchase the upper and lower billit grilles from Cervinis. I want to move the for lights to the lower part of the bumper but I'm not sure if it's feasible. Cervini's website sells the fog lights, but I figured, since I already have aset, why not use them? Here's what I plan on...

    Wax or Polish?

The Fang didn't ask what brand to use, he/she simply asked what TYPE of product. So...without getting into what brand of product to use, I'll offer the following advice: As mentioned above, polish and wax are two different things. Basic steps for detailing a car is: Wash, Clean, Polish, Wax...

Tungsten finger prints in clearcoat or paint

I'd wait AT LEAST 30-45 days before applying wax. You can polish it, just don't wax it yet. I'm going through a similar situation with my car. The conrner of the spoiler has a chip about 3/4 of an inch. Its on the part of the spoiler that sits over the quarter panel, not over the decklid...

    Bluetooth?

When I purchased my car, I asked the dealer about Bluetooth and he quoted $500 installed. I've been looking online and found the Motorola HF850 for about $150, The Motorola ihf1000 for anywhere from $219 to $399. The Parott CK3100 is about $215. How difficult is installation? All of the above...

    Washer fluid motor/pump TSB???

I was wondering if there is a TSB for the washer fluid motor. I know this may sound moronic but everytime I use the washer fluid, the nozzle on the driver's side keeps allowing fluid to seep out after I've released the lever. The results is water spots all over the hood. It's not a huge, but...

Paint chip - who is responsible?

Vandil - that's what I was thinking. Any tips on a good ducktail that will cover the factory spoiler holes? I like the CDC spoiler but I really think the add-ons to cover the factory holes are ugly

Insurance, what a load of crap!

Wait, you pay $2,400 a year for three cars?!?! Count your blessings brother. I guess it's all relative since your rates did almost double. But $2,400 a year for three vehicles...never in Philly. One thing that will help lower your costs (other than decreasing your limits) would be to increase...

Paint chip - who is responsible?

When I was washing my car, I noticed there was a paint chip on the bottom corner of the factory spoiler. I also noticed that there is a spot on the car directly below the spoiler that had touch-up paint applied. This spot is practically invisible (especially since it's under the spoiler), but...

    05 GT Manual, lossing syncros 2sd-3rd ???

Wow, I think that's the most serious TSB to date. I have been noticing that sometimes the shift knob just does not want to go into 3rd gear, as if something is blocking the shifter. It will only happen once, then it goes right in. I was thinking maybe I just wasn't paying attention and didn't...
