    Using Nu-Finish or Wax on a Msystichrome Cobra?

    Stick to high-quality waxes, especially since your mystichrome paint is unbelieveably expensive to buy if you ever want to repaint. I haven't used Zaino, but meguiars works good for me and seems to get quite a few nods from the people around here as a high-quality product line.

    97 Cobra

    I paid 15K Canadian Dollars (about 10500 USD) a year ago for a Rio Red coupe with 100,000 KMs (about 60,000 miles). 96-98 coupes in stock form with 50-60k miles seem to go for about $10K.

    Intercooler, Aftercooler what is the big difference?

    IIRC, intercooler cools the incoming air BEFORE the supercharger/turbo whereas aftercooler cools AFTER the supercharger/turbo. Both have influence in how dense your incoming air charge is, but I think the intercooler plays a role in keeping temps in your supercharger/turbo down (???).

    As far as I know, the 3.8 V6, 2.3 and 5.0 K-members were all the same. Its the 79-81 inline 6 cylinder engine cars that had a different k-member.

    no smog, just safety. Count on being raped at the safety check for at least 500-1000. Brakes, ball joints, oil leaks, etc. Stay the **** away from any 'blaskin and lane' service shop.

    Awesome. Thanks for the feedback on the squeak - it actually sounds like its coming from the area at the front of the outer/lower control arm, which could very well be the PB cable attachment.
