    Lots of race tracks offer an insurance policy for the day if your insurance won't cover you while racing. I just take my chances... I don't think I'll crash and the people that I race, if they crash, they'll be far enough behind me to worry about.... :rlaugh:

    Check for vacuum leaks first. When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced? When was the last time you cleaned your injectors? Start with that. You could also have a bad or dirty IAC. Or bad fuel pressure regulator.

    Yes, there is an inertia cut off switch. See if it isn't tripped (just push it back in.) Next you can see if you have voltage to the switch and going out of the switch. Should be right around 12 volts. The Dark Green with Yellow stripe is the incoming voltage (you have to find a body ground...

    Are you buying the cheaper store brand belt ($15) or a good one like Gates or Goodyear (which are the same) ($50)... You can't go cheap on a blower belt. I've shredded my Gates belt after 4 years.

    I run the NGK TR6 plugs (cause I have a blower) and I change them out once a year along with my fuel filter. I would say at 80k miles replacing the tranny fluid would be a good idea. Get a good synthetic oil. I also clean my lifetime air filter twice a year.

    Two wires in the bottom connector portion of the seat belt are an open circuit until you put the metal seat belt blade in to close the circuit. Find those two wires right there at the connector and connect them together and it will think that you have the seat belt connected.

    In addition to what wmburns said, also make sure that the battery connectors on the battery terminals are TIGHT! You should not be able to spin them with your hands.

    Is that OEM DARK BLACK or is that the later released Dark Charcoal Black? Looks like the latter... I had a company replace one of my leather seats in my '98 vert GT and it was Dark Charcoal Black and did not match at all. I made them find the correct Black.
