    Question about my LA2 Computer.

    Can some other LA2 owners take a look at their serial number label? I have a sticker on mine that says "3.0L Taurus/Sable only", while at the same time, there are a couple LA2 stamps, and the part numbers: - E7ZF-12A650-A1C - EFI-TC6 Is this REALLY a V6 computer? Was I :owned: ?

    Who gives a damn if it goes 149 or 249mph? Are you ever gonna go that fast on streets? If you plan to, I hope that the limiter DOES kick in, and that it blows your engine, so that you don't kill anyone with the car.

    He's got his facts confused. I'm willing to bet that he's talking about the Ford Racing catalog with the crate motors you can buy. Yes, it also includes a 460cid motor that makes 600hp for about $7000.

    engine revving to high when idleing.

    There is a little screw on the throttle body, about where the throttle cable meets it, if I remember correctly. You can use a flat head screwdriver to adjust it that way.
