    The computrs between automatic and manual cars are different. You should be fine because an automatic computer can be used in a stick but not the opposite way around.

    Unfortunately the only way i can think of to get them to line back up would be to loosen the rest of the bolts and move it around whcih is almost impossible to do with the motor and front suspension in the car.

    I bought mine in march and they told me it only comes with the orange handle now. I didnt ask why cause i thought the only difference was the color. Now that i see the lenghts are different i'm glad they come with the yellow one.

    I have the same setup but with BBK shorty headers and i love the way it sounds. It doesnt have that generic mustang with flowmasters sound.

    I'd stick with the turbines, they have a much cleaner look and you dont see too many that look as good as yours anymore.

    I agree, i dont think the intake is your only problem. I only lose about a quart every 600 miles or so, and thats with a leaky rear main.
