    How many miles was it before your GT had a problem(s)?

    Just turned 50K and the only problem that I had was the factory didn't put enough lube in the rear-end and I ruined the end bearing, but covered under warranty, other than that, nothing. :D

    Stock Tires and Tread Life

    at about 20,000 miles I changed the stock tires, they were shot. Replaced w/ Dayton, replaced them in 20,000 miles, have BF-Goodrich KDWS, seem to be working good.

    That is a nice explanation but our cars all rev the same (assuming your engine isn't built) and the torque of a twin screw peaks early and holds there to the bitter end.

    I never understood why you people say you don't want torque down low. You put gears in your car so you feel more torque, don't you? And not to knock centrifugals, but on the street you are not always in the 4500-6000 range to make your boost. Nice thing about KB is that you can drive it...
