    Who else is deployed?

I'd rather be fighting the terrorists/Islamic extremists/nutjobs in their backyard than in my own backyard any day of the week. Conspiracy theories aside, you cannot claim that we have done more harm than good. As long as we're going slightly off topic, I'm sick and tired of civilians...

    wot fuel pressure

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 380 hp is the max power output for 24 lb injectors but this would be running at 100%, a big no-no. 350 horses is pushing 24 lb injectors, you may want to also think about bumping up to a bigger injector or higher pressure. I would bet that your pump is not...

    wot fuel pressure

What are you trying to feed? A mostly stock motor with up to around 36 lb injectors can normally be fed just fine with the stock fuel system. You may be experiencing pump failure or some other problem.

    wot fuel pressure

Unless you're experiencing a 10psi vacuum under WOT you're likely having a supply issue. How is your fuel system set up?

    wot fuel pressure

Pressure at WOT shouldn't be an issue unless you are running a motor under boost. The purpose behind a fuel pressure regulator is to adjust the pressure for manifold pressure/vacuum. If you set the initial pressure at 45 psi then it will attempt to maintain that pressure differential at all...

5 pt seatbelts and track tech Q

This should probably be moved to Race Tech. It depends on the class you intend to race in. NHRA rule 10:11 says: "All cars not required by Class Requirements to use SFI 16.1 driver restraint systems must be equipped with an accepted quick-release-type driver seat belt." Since you are...

    Another Fuel Pressure Post..Please Help

The cam, head and intake swaps shouldn't have affected your electronics in any way, especially your fuel pump. Your first step should be to check all of the wiring that you relocated into the fenderwells. Even assuming that you wired the alternator incorrectly, you should still have power to...

Behind bars fuel rails to stock lines and intake clearance

Have you dyno tuned your setup? 11:1 is extremely rich, even 12:1 is more than sufficient for your setup. While the stock rails are in fact the limiting factor on the original fuel system, they aren't all that far off from the fuel line capability. Your best bet is to swap the rails and the...

    Fuel Pressure Testing

Test the gauge on an air line if you can. If the gauge works you either have a clog in your line or the regulator isn't working correctly.

    So I finally drove it!

Hell yeah! Congrats! This month marks the 5th year my Stang has been down and I am VERY close to being able to drive it. I know exactly what you are talking about!

    msd ignition

Just a tip: You will get ZERO extra horsepower from only adding an MSD ignition. It is designed as a performance enhancer, not producer.

    battery relocation hook-ups

I would highly caution a person from grounding the battery in the trunk. You want as clean a ground as possible to be run directly to the block in order to eliminate noise and any gremlins that are likely to pop up. In my experience, a poor ground is the culprit for 90% of electrical issues.

    Starting issue?

You may want to check the inertia switch located in the trunk. Occasionally it gets popped for no apparent reason (or if you get a little crazy while driving) and will shut off the fuel pump. Worth checking into.

    battery relocation hook-ups

Hanging in the air? You misunderstand what I'm saying. As turbogt said, the original positive cable connected directly to the power distribution box so run the new positive cable there. The original ground cable connected to the block and the frame so connect there with the new ground cables...

    battery relocation hook-ups

You don't have to change any of your connections under the hood. Simply run a long cable from the battery to the original positive and ground points and viola!

Want a 306 and want to add some boost!

I used DSS for my rotating assembly and am very pleased with their work and customer support. They do very good work and don't break the bank.

    351 swap

There are all sorts of threads available for this topic if you do a search. The quick and dirty: The Windsor is going to be cheaper and easier to build than the Cleveland due to a larger availability of parts and greater compatibility with the 289/302 series engines.
