18* timing locked with 11.5 A/F, 10psi Kenne Bell Feasable on stock internals???

Did you try any other combinations? What about 18 degrees and 11.0 afr? I bet that would make more power and be just as safe, if not more safe.

18* timing locked with 11.5 A/F, 10psi Kenne Bell Feasable on stock internals???

I wouldn't "lock" it in. Set it at 18 but allow the computer to back off of it if the IAT or ECT gets to high. The computer is aready setup to do that. Typicaly when people say they are going to "lock" it in, they mean to deactivate that feature for consistency. I would have them load the...

    Coolant leak found..pics

Those composite crossovers crack from fatigue cycling due to temperature fluctuations. Do a search and you'll find a bunch of info on it. Your gasket is probably fine.

    Coolant leak found..pics

Looks like its in the bolt lug there on the drivers side of the block. this would mean its comming from above that, probably the intake coolant crossover or intake gasket. Is your coolant crossover aluminum or composite?

    Kenne Bell Questions...

For the stock crank pulley (6-1/2 inch) and a 2-5/8 inch blower pulley, you will spin the blower at 17,333 rpm when the engine is at 7k rpm. A 2-5/8 inch pulley will get plenty of boost on a 4.6. I'm running a 2-7/8 inch pulley now and I get about 9-9.5psi, even with my stroker and other mods...

You aren't limited to 14 psi with that blower. The limits of that blower come in the form of either over revving the blower or out flowing the inlet and throttle body. Kenne Bell says the losses of the inlet become significant at around 500 rwhp. At that point, you could always upgrade the...

My car has lowered compression and is a stroker, so it behaves a lot different than a stock short block so I cant tell you exactly what timing will work with your car as I've only tuned my car. If it were me, I would just get 2 tunes, one for 91 and one for race fuel. You should be covered...

Those numbers sound like a good place to start. I'm not sure what you are doing with tunes 3 and 4, though. Your tune 1 for everyday driving looks like it would be a good starting point for 87/89 octane. Tune 2 looks like it would be a good starting point for 91 and tune 5 looks like it would...

Curious... what boost are you running? What size pulley? Headers, cams, exhaust? What are you revving too?

03-04 Cobra Fuel Tank in 1998 GT

So I ordered a cobra tank and pumps from LRS last week and a few parts from summit to make a fuel return line connection to the tank. I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to deal with the evap/vapor/vent fittings on the top of the tank. These are some threads and links that I found...

    Need help diagnosing her illness

Sounds like you are getting spark blow out from bad plugs or cops, like kilgore said. You might as well replace the plugs since you have to take them out to inspect them. Gap them at 0.050-0.054 for a n/a engine.
