    i dont think you would need a whole new unit, open it up and check the diff for any cracks or damage to it. if you wanna go the extra step replace all the bearings axle carrier etc. while its out you can swap the gears out too. where you located in nj?

    4 lug is fine you just cant try drifting and have limited wheel selection, you can upgrade the rear to disc and keep it 4-lug

    from the looks of its like a solid 12 sec car, i dont know much it the 300zx or how built yours was but if its a stock block ( even if is got a built lowerend but same stock block) you would have to ditch the nos for the s/c. The kaboom limit of these blocks are around 450rwhp no way really...

    had it for 10 minutes out of the box, let the cursing begin. Friggin universal quick connect body is jammed in the disconnect position, gave up 20 minutes ago.

    just came picked it up from sears, crappy outside today so i cant really play with it. I read that hp is important but cfm and max psi plays just as much as a role.

    def not a deer. cars have hit deer going alot lower speeds and their cars are a helluva alot more damaged or even totaled.
