    You have got to be kidding right? The GW arms pre date all the other enhanced geometry arms out there, if they had a problem it would have been corrected long before now. I had no problem what so ever with mine.

    You should be able to do it. Just grind the aluminum from the area to weld. The aluminize pipe is mild steal and I have welded mild steal to Stainless steal before.
