    Did you get those specs off of their website? You may want to check them in a box building program like winisd, a lot of manufacturers recommend a higher tune that may not sound too great. The first box looks ok, but probably won't fit. The second may fit, but may cause some cancellation...

    A headunit isn't going make it sound better, it may actually make it sound worse. I'm guessing the accord sounds better because of factory sound deadening and such, your best bet would be to take the money you would have spent on a headunit and put in sound deadening.
