    IMO Neither. each arent enough of a jump to warrant the pricetag. they have ~40 more hp than your current GT. one is a 6spd and IRS. save for a 03/04 termie. otherwise you might as well just make your current GT better than each of those options for less of a price.

    Cobra hoods are designed to work with Cobra bumpers unless otherwise noted, due to the hood itself coming forward an additional inch or whatever. i vote 03/04 Heat Extractor hood. Looks good and is functional. but im biased.........

    the cobra 4.6 4V motor will be able to move more air than the GT 2V motor, so it will make better use of any mod than the GT.

    i wanna say yes, as we used my 02' GT stock H to pass smog on my 03 Cobra. I have my 02's catless Xpipe in the Attic that will go on the Cobra some rainy day. all in all id like to say the stock midpipe is interchangeable on all 4.6l from 96 to 04. i wouldnt be suprised if i was wrong though.
