    If I understand it correctly NO, as you'd need a "negative" thickness spacer! You could put a 21mm spacer on a '05 rim and put it on an 04 Stang. But that's not what we need, now is it!

    No, I believe that they fully chose the offset to go with the new suspension and required track, body clearance, etc. The offset changed, so you really shouldn't be using '04 Cobra wheels anyhow. So unless you care more about looks than function, it's a moot point... you need new wheels...
