    Not really the right section to post a want ad but since you did. If your engine is apart, dont waste money on the junk stock pistons. They are the weak link in the engine. The top land on the piston in too thin and they tend to break above the top ring and make a mess.

    My info comes from a ford engineer that was part of the 4.6 testing. His comments were that he would never run 5W20 oil in any mod motor. 5W30 or 10W40 is what he would recomend.

    Never run the 5 weight oil. Its the fastest way to kill your engine. 5-20 is only put in to get a slight increase in MPG.

    Really you should completely take it apart and have it cleaned and then everything re checked as its assembled. How long did it run with the broken parts? You may find that a lot more is damaged.
