hey i got a vortech v-1 on my 97 cobra i put down 500hp at flywheel with 8lb pulley.be careful how much power you put on stock block.i broke two ring landings on stock pistons

well after all the crap taken apart and new gaskets new injectors problem still there .Anybody else have a clue whats going on with this thing?If the timing wasnt set right when the motor was put together would that cause my problems?if so how do you check...

fuel injectors lost
sent my injectors back to fuel injection connection to get checked well the us postal service seem to loose them so i gotta wait for them to do investigation this sucks.car still broke
cars almost done. had to send my injectors back so they could get checked and have new hats ans seals to make sure there top notch will let everyone know what the out come is. Hopefully ill have the injectors back by monday or tuesday
If your not supercharged i wouldnt delete unless your having problems with them.And yes you need a tune to get rid of check engine light and count for the extra air

my 97 cobra was clunking the same as you describe i checked it out and found the brackets for trans cross over to frame came loose
well it seems to be an intake gasket let loose that should cure my lean code but it doesnt explain why it was breaking up at 5800 rpms ill keep everyone posted thank for the help
i tried everything but my tuner said it was running out of fuel and pulling timing at 5800 but didnt know why so i replaced fuel pump to 255 walboro pump didnt seem to help fuel pressure looks good vacuum looks good what gives
screaming demon coils. The problem started with the msd coils but the stocks didnt do anything then i changed to screaming deamons still same problem untill i gap plugs down but origanally the msds and stock coils allowed the car to open up to rev limiter out of the blue the car wouldnt rev past...
