    Id check that the carrier shims went back on the correct sides and such. Did you use the same pinion shim that came out? Did you or someone else swap the shim and pinion bearing over. Most times FRPP gears are bang on at re-assy. How'd you set the pinion preload??

    The intake plate works the balls.....especially if the hoist has a leveler... I made this one but they can be had fairly cheap at Summit or Jegs.
