    Yep Frankenstang got my old steering column & wheel from my 87 that where just taking up space in my garage. I upgraded mine to a tilt column and the sexy 3 oval/ SVO style wheel. Just for general knowlege this wheel was avaliable in Capri & Mustangs 84 - 86 not sure what other Ford products.

    Spent a little quality time with the RS the past 2 days, I managed to get it fired up by priming the carb. Deduced the fuel pump wasn't pulling anything from the tank. As a new pump is pretty inexpensive I put a new one on it and used my air compressor to back flush the main & return lines...

    Went to one in Tucson last weekend hadn't been there in over 2 years, not a single Mustang. It use to be the place I would go for parts in Tucson. Luckily I know someone in Phoenix who has a Mustang yard, so far he is pretty reasonable, heading there tomorrow.

    Thanks that is what I wanted to know, finding the original Saleen part is like a needle in a haystack, was considering changing to the Cobra rear but I much prefer the Saleen piece and how it reduces drag by sealing all the way against the fuel tank.
