    Just my 2 cents..........If the car is drivable I'd take it to a couple of shops and get some estimates. With out pictures and knowing where you live it would be hard to even take a wild guess. Labor rates and parts vary.

    I'd have to double check but, I believe some of the newer Jeeps do not have a replaceable fuel filter as it is in the fuel tank. I'll try to take a look @ All Data when I go to work tomorrow.

    Cold air blowing on passenger floor

    I'm just taking a guess here but it could be possible that the air tube (or whatever you would call it that directs air to both floor boards is blocked, leaking badly,or not there for the passenger side?
