    I think you can get close to 20 on a stock T3 turbo. Some guys run Holsets off of Dodge Cummins motors and put out up to 35PSI!

    I did open it and my Dad had suggested the same thing, but I just ordered the whole IRCM from Rock Auto. I really just wanted to make sure there wasn't another relay that might actually be the problem and not the IRCM itself, if that makes any sense.

    Aside from the Integrated Relay Control Module (located on the passenger side front strut tower), is there a separate relay for the fuel pump in my '93 2.3L 5-speed? I've found relays for around $20 on a bunch of websites but have also read I'll need to replace the entire IRCM, which is around $140.
