    87 mustang lx front speakers

    sounds to me that you have a set of component a mid range subwoofer and a tweeter and that box your talking about is a cross over. Thats the ideal route for up front. Unless there just junk/ beat up speakers. good Luck

    i have a tk600 also that i just put in. I noticed the same thing. I run a steeda shifter so its prob the gear box. I Love the gear box but the 5th gear thing is a lil annoying its not obnoxious though.

    i've run em as well. I never had a issue at all. I guess due to slight differences they can't make it fit erveryones car perfect therefore is why they say to shim it. Good luck. There a popular piece so I wouldnt think you will have a problem using washers as specified.

    seat back frame

    i also added some steel plate behind it to help reinforce it so the weld would be stronger..So far so good. It took me 2 attempts but i got it. 1st attempt no steel plate reinforcing i was reaching to get my phone out my pocket and back rest popped lol. i was like O WTF
