Xenon filament bulbs any good? Not headlight
I was interested to see if any of the xenon or hyper bulbs for the exterior of the car ie. turn signals, markers, brake/stop lights are any brighter than the stock replacement bulbs
You guys didn't run a thicker gauge wire or anything to the foglights??? Rather you just did the GT foglight fix which allows a relay to handle the current/voltage draw from the foglights as opposed the factory headlight switch.
The factory headlight switch now acts only as a switch to turn...
I wanted to see if anyone was using a 100 watt foglight bulb in their 87-93 with or without doing the GT foglight fix. Were there any adverse affects and how is the light output? THX
I understand now...Just how much modification do you need to do to get these APC projector housings to mount up? Are the H3 in the projector area supposed to replace having fog lights (like on a GT)? THX
It is my understanding that the projector part is the smaller of the two circles but the headlight bulb is mounted in the larger circle. So the headlight is really not a projector.
I don't believe the G2 headlights you speak of are projectors. Nor does the ad mention that they are projectors. The only ones I know of are made by APC and Matrix.
I thought that I've read from many that LED bulbs in the tail lights and blinkers dont give off a good glowing effect to illuminate the are that they are mounted in. The LEDs are more concentrated light
