    The cast themselves are glowing. I dont see any other part of the h-pipe glowing. The heat shields are on. You can see them glowing through the entire center. The cats are consdidered new with approxiamately 4000 miles on them

    Without the cats it smells seriously bad but no heat whatsoever. With the cats my coolant temp is fine for a long while even when the converters first begin to glow. Eventually they get extremely hot causing the coolant temp to rise close to 195-200. The heat does not feel any worse at idle...

    The car always ran fine.The tune now and before have supposedly been fine. Just the fumes out the exhaust were hurrendous. Larocca has tried a stock h-pipe and they too got extremely hot thus eliminating the converter as the problem.

    I dont think that not having the O2 sensors connected is my problem because they were connected before I went to Larocca I still had the problem. I do know that I didn't start having this problem until I swapped my stock motor for my built motor.
