    Possibly Dirty maf element? Maybe old(worn) battery/starter cables. Also may just be because of the heat and the older style starter. Possibly upgrade to a mini starter

    I just use a parts cleaner like brake clean and spray on there. Some get bad enough you can see the dirt collecting on the element. If you want to get fancy you can use electrical parts cleaner. I typically don not rub anything on the element they are pretty fragile and ive seen more than...

    Are you sure its not condensation? Your car would be running extremely rich/bad if it had enough unburt fuel to leak Do you have catalytic convertors

    can bad o2 sensors cause idle surge and low maf voltage...

    Typically I see low maf voltage as dirty elements or connector unlplugged or not fully plugged in (possibly rubber seal bunched up). I would try to clean if you havent and unplug and re connect the harness. Edit: Just read the post above maybe dirty filter? If just clean maybe too much oil...
