    Kill switch in the cigarette lighter... how?

    Get a push on/push off toggle type switch at the hardware store that will fit inside the gutted housing. Make sure to get a switch that has a threaded body and jam nut for bulkhead type mounting. Enlarge the hole in the back of the housing so that the switch can be secured to it. Not too sure...

    It was laying on the fender...Hunkins wanted me to run tight circles as fast as I could without spinning out so I am at almost full lock. I am raising it up one inch in the back and a half inch in the front...hopefully that will be enough. How is your wheel decision going?

    A number of years back some mag had an article on a complete Global West suspension in an early Mustang that did 1.0g on the pad.

    I would run either 17's or 18's with as wide as possible 40 series rubber and hunker the car down around them. Its all about stance and I personally prefer a more modern agressive look than the total classic look. Like I did to my Mustang...

    As long as its not your daily driver you should consider classic car insurance. I pay less than $300 a year (Texas) for $30K value.

    First Cruise Night

    Last night was also my first night out since finishing my car as well...I went to a show at Cruisers in Frisco (Dallas suburb) that has a show every Monday night. What a zoo! There must have been 100 cars there...more rice than anything.

    Long tubes vs equal length shorties

    I agree. I had issues with the long tubes dragging at stock ride height. So going to shorties for a lowered car is ideal for ground clearance. For a street car this is more important to me than all hp.
