    i'll recommend the sp 5000's also mainly because they are all season and will work in a fews inchs of snow. they are no substitute for a real snow tire but they will get you home if you know what i mean. i've run the potenza's and they were good also but did not like the ride and feel dead...

    magnaflow's quality is very good. honestly though you don't need it yet. bump the timing and get gears before the mid-pipe.

    flows vs packs

    sounds like your describing the "packs" to me. while cruising the packs can be quiet if rpms are below 1800. between 2k and 3k cruising the packs invite a race.

    Whats the diff horsepower wise between 2 cats and no cats on x-pipes?

    i had a similiar experience going from a stock exhaust to a catted magnaflow x-pipe and catback. the engine is stock and the low end torque has disappeared can't even chip 2nd anymore but above 4k rpm the car picks up.

    just triming back my air silencer produced more engine growl so i think the densecharger would too.
