    Question about American Muscle.

I have also had no problems with AM. Bought my stuff at 9AM, and it was at the Carrier the same day. Exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. I also order to LMR. I like their prices better, and they are also very customer service oriented, which I love. LMR is my first stop, then AM if they...

I am going to check and see if that can be done. I know its touching the top part of the radiator, not the fins. I knew what you were getting at btw haha.

    Weekend Experience

Coming from Lincoln, speed limit is 75, coming through Iowa, its 70. I normally cruise around 78 and cops never look twice. I don't believe my speedo is 100% either. -5 off is what I think it is. I went by a digital clock that was set for 35 mph, and it stated I was doing 30, when speedo said...

    Weekend Experience

So, I went to Omaha this weekend to spend time with friends and family. Started out ok, midway through my trip my car started to run warmer than usual. I kept my eye on my gauge to make sure it didn't go above half. Thank goodness it didn't, but I got to my Uncle's house and checked out my...

    10 Best Mustangs

Why would you have a '03 Cobra and an '03 Mach 1 in the same top 10 anyway? Same motor, just Cobra is Supercharged and they have different body kits on them. One or the other and Cobra > Mach 1 lol. :)

Good names for car or trucks

I have never named my car, or even referred to it as a he/she lol. Its just, the "stang" or "Mustang", or when things don't go my way, its "You F**K**G Thing" or "Damn POS" lol

Should I replace this radiator support or try to hammer it back in place?

ryan7663, your best bet, if you want to put a new one on, go to a shop your comfortable with and ask them how much they would charge to weld on a new one. From my understanding, you want to install the hood and fenders, with the front support to make sure its all even and not out of place. If...

Should I replace this radiator support or try to hammer it back in place?

Replace it IMO. The support is already weakened. You can find them for cheap from your junk yard, someone parting one out on CL, or buying it new. As for replacing, just grind/drill off the spot welds. Before welding the new one on, make sure everything is aligned. I am sure there are a few...

    Douchebags that want to race

I can honestly say, I have never. I got pulled over for it once, like 8 years ago, when I was 18. It got dropped in court. :)

my new project 1990 lx ssp south carolina patrol car

I like the stock ponies better when the car is lower. I use my stocks for times when its not good to have aftermarket wheels on. (Snow or when there is salt still on the ground)

    Douchebags that want to race

No such thing as a "wet and reckless" here in Iowa. If you are pulled over for reckless driving, and you have alcohol in your system, but you blow below .08, then you will only be cited with a reckless. Same goes for Nebraska. .038 wouldn't be borderline either. I would say anything thing...

    ?? on the Anderson cams

Taurus fan is a very good mod if you can find one. A direct fit over your radiator. Basically getting rid of your clutch fan setup and going electric. You will just have to get a few parts, like dual switch relay and sensor. There are a few very good write ups. FAL VSC= Flex-a-lite Variable...

    Widest rims??

I am getting a set of MT ET Streets or Nitto NT05's. Both are pretty much an even tire, but the articles I have read comparing the two, gave the slight edge to the NT05's.

Craigslist is your best bet. Look for Explores and Mountaineers. I was patient and found mine after looking for a few months. I am driving an hour and a half for them, but its well worth $175. Talked to my machine shop, they are going to do the work for $100, which makes me even happier lol.

    Widest rims??

For the amount of money it sounds like your going to be spending, you could piece together something much better than a conversion kit. Find an 94-95 SN, which isn't hard, take the rear end, lines and the front spindles and spend about 400-600, with the Slave Master Cylinder. Upgrade the rotors...

    Progress Thread New Foxbody toy

Don't say that if you don't want honest opinions haha. People have different tastes. Some people like it, most don't. My reasoning, its just too tall. Limits the view from in front of you and it doesn't seem necessary. Just my opinion, but who cares what others think, its your car, your taste.

    Widest rims??

Without doing inner fenderwell work, and having your tires stick out of your car, 275 would be the widest from what a lot of people on here have stated. If you beat in the inner fenderwell, with a spacer in the rear, you can do 315's. As for rims, I have little to no idea. I run a 10" on mine...

    Speedometer Cable End

Screw paying 250. The only advice I can give, is look at other major cities for someone who is parting out a Mustang, and ask them how much they will ship the whole bezel for. A buddy of mine had his shipped to him from a guy in KC for $75. $140 to me is still better than $260 while keeping...
