Heads and Cams for a Kenne Bell

Livernois has a good reputation for making good heads. I would give them a call and let them know what parts you are using and your goals, I am sure they will be able to answer your questions.

Do heat extractor hoods really work?

Electric water pumps are not that uncommon, Meziere sells them. They free up some power as well. I am sure they can be made to run with the car turned off. I have a Steeda cowl hood and it seems to stay a little cooler under the hood than the stock hood.

    Undecided between Roush or FRPP

You can talk to your dealer and see if they would have a problem with you using another intake and tune. They probably would not like it, but some are fine with it. An intake with no tune does not get you much of an increase in power. If you are picking between the two you mentioned, get the...

    mmr intake on 07 GT350

There isn't really any way that we could know that. There was no such car as the GT350 from Ford or Shelby in '07, so either a dealer installed the parts or a previous owner. If it is running lean you should either take off the intake or get a dyno tune to fix the problem. MMR does not have a...

best performance upgrade for under 350$

Look into a JLT or C&L intake, they seem to get the best results. Do plenty of research before buying, there are parts out there that are not worth it, like throttle body spacers, shorty headers, throttle bodies, etc.

best performance upgrade for under 350$

I think the best bet is to save up a little more, your tuner and intake thought was good, but get them together so that you can get the most out of them. Gears are inexpensive to buy, but unless you can install them yourself, will also be over your budget. Just be patient, buy the parts you...

    money to burn

You can still get a vortech blower and have money left over to improve the suspension. Handling is not as glamorous because you can't throw it on a dyno and have a number to put in your sig. but it makes the car a lot of fun to drive. A set of Koni Sports or STR.T shocks with some steeda sport...

    2014-2015 Mustang Renderings

The drawing looks a lot like the current camaro to me, I don't really like it that much.

    coolant issues---need help

Hopefully it is not a blown head gasket pressurizing the cooling system.

best cure for skip during midcorner bumps

A watts link is probably the best way to make the rear end of the car behave the way you want. Fays2 and Steeda make some decent ones.

eibach vs roush vs ford suspension

I just replaced my Roush rear shocks with Koni Sports and they ride better and will allow adjustment for autocross. I am still waiting on the fronts to come in. They go nice with a set of Steeda Sport springs, and a set of adjustable sway bar from Sam Strano would help you tune the car's...

Opinion needed about 2005 v6 suspension

You should be fine using the Mustang with the stock suspension, there are equally bad roads in the US that Ford had to consider. The V6 convertible is not known for its handling, but an aftermarket suspension will usually have a rougher ride than stock. No companies that I know of are making...

    plz help about SHORT SHIFTER

MGW is usually considered the best shifter out there. I believe the MGW has adjustable stops to prevent damage to the shift forks. I would probably use their shifter if I was to start over, but I do like the Roush shifter I have, even though it is notchy.

I have a supercharger with no mat, fiberglass hood, but even the bottom of the hood is fine.

Do you recommend the 2012 Boss 302 for a daily driven car?

If you don't like the shifter in the Boss, then replace it with this one from MGW, they are widely accepted as the best. Mustang Short Throw Shifter

Do you recommend the 2012 Boss 302 for a daily driven car?

The adjustable shocks in the Boss 302 are a step down from Tokico D-Specs which are about as entry level as adjustables get. They are the previous generation Tokicos. A set of Koni yellows would be an improvement when paired with Steeda sport springs and Strano adjustable sway bars. As good...

Do you recommend the 2012 Boss 302 for a daily driven car?

There really isn't anything about the car that makes it impractical as a daily driver. It still has a stereo, AC, and a streetable suspension. If it had a cage or 5 point harnesses or had a spoiler that hit every driveway apron it would be different. If you want to spend the extra money to...

    question..

None of them, throttle bodies are not worth the headaches. I have not heard of anyone saying that theirs worked better than "I think it looks good and I think I might feel a difference." I have heard a lot of people with problems with them. You would be better off with an aluminum driveshaft...

    08 GT spring help

Take parchisi's advice with the Steeda Sports and Koni Sports (aka yellows). If you can't afford the yellows, try the STR.T. They are both on sale at the moment, try stranoparts.com. The yellows are backordered at the moment. I am waiting on a set. I am replacing my strut mounts with the...
