    2.3 Turbo

    Bigger turbo....

    Doesn't matter what anybody says or suggest's on here. You need to go study turbomaps, decide what you need to see done w/ the car, talk to some pro's and buy. Or maybe 2 turbo's in series, I'm thinking a Holset dumping into an IHI. Nobody's done that and think of the potential!

    Roller cam is found in the 91-93 2.3 Mustangs and through the '95 Rangers (these use the same roller followers you need) The 60 mm TB is from a '94-95 5.0 or Supercoupe. The TB's allow you to mount them in the same position and use your IAC and TPS. You must redrill 3 of the holes on the TB...

    Polishing is hard! (pic)

    I used a little sandblaster like you can get from sears and northern tool, then my diegrinder w/ wire brush, looks good and it was fast - might be worthy tools for you guys to consider.

    Dr. Some people's Eibachs sit lower than other peoples, even if they are the same type. This concerned me as I've used 3 set's of springs on the LX. So, I got the Motorsport C's - they drop it just as they say. 1.5" and ride real nice - so at least take a gander at them as you are deciding.

    How much hp do you have and whats the weight of your car?

    weight of SVO is stated around 2,950. Recent dyno 240hp/316tq LX about the same weight, more power and torque, but not dyno'd.

    I hit the gas, but no acceleration.. whats up?

    It's a 5 speed, see sig. He can go w/ a long tube header, 2.5" tubing w/ duals or a dump and that still not be a problem. He's a long way from that. Although running w/ no exhaust manifold or header whatsoever could cause the problem you are describing.
