    Yes and no. When I bought my car it had long tubes and the x brace had been cut and re-welded to fit. Since I redid the motor and got new motor mounts, even the modified brace won't fit. There's a lot of guys with verts not running with the x brace with no problem.

    That's the one thing I didn't like about Prestige...they charged me $50 for shipping handling and then just shipped the rack loose in the box, no packaging.

    Lookin Good! Another thing about the box location, make sure that at full lock the wheel doesn't make contact. I flipped my TFI module to the inside of the fenderwell and the tire would hit and pull the harness out of the module.

    It's a direct swap...nothing else needs to be done. SPR-ZM should be imprinted somewhere on the rack...it's faint but visible on my rack Prestige is where I got my rack from too (not though eBay though).

    Reverse lights don't work... help!

    When my reverse lights didn't work on my 2000 (5 speed) it was the reverse switch on the driver side of the tranny. The ball bearing inside the switch wasn't completing the circuit when the the car was in reverse. If that's not it, then I'd get the multi-meter and check for voltage...

    I think the only question that hasn't been answered yet is is one breather sufficient? With our manifold design, it's hard to get a breather on the driver side cover. Anyone?

    I'm not near my car to check how many threads are left, but I just drove the car from Philly to Belmar, NJ which is about a 1.5 hours each way and no leakage. Next time I'm near my car I'll check, but that probably won't be till next Wed.

    Engine out, What color to paint engine bay on a yellow car...

    If you're going to do a contrast, you should pick a dark color like black. Otherwise just stick with yellow. I did silver on dark blue.
