    We use the Felpro rubber ones on my buddy's Falcon. It's a solid cam engine so we're in the valve covers pretty regular but it's also a show quality car so no leaks on the ground is key.

    It's vacuum advance then? Bad vacuum pot on the distro maybe? Does the car idle okay? Could be a vacuum leak on the carb somewhere. Bad accelerator pump? Easy way to find a vacuum leak is to start your car and let it warm up completely then using an un-lit propane torch, slowly pass the torch...

    You lost me at Edelcrock.... Just kidding! What do you mean "run" wire for constant power? Do you mean off the key switch or off the relay? I can get a picture off my buddy's Falcon later if you mean the relay. His car is set up with an old Painless wiring kit and a one wire alternator.

    I've used a Dremel tool with their cut-off wheels to get pilot bushings out in my Bronco IIs. Cut little hash marks as deep as possible then use a small bit chisel to chip it out piece by piece if necessary. Of course just have to watch out on the crank. Good luck!!

    The SPI products seem like the right stuff to use. A body shop quality with great prices. It's really good to know that I can brush it on too. Spraying is out of the question in my two car garage. Over spray would be catastrophic for me. Thanks for the info!!
