    Anti-theft "device"

    Hah, you're going to piss off a would-be car thief. I know the original owner of mine had an anti-theft device of a somewhat similar concept - is a digital key that cuts fuel and most other power if removed. Anyone, nice idea, thanks.

    I'm with Daggar on this one. Pulling will be more efficient and it won't be fighting against the air rushing in from the outside as you drive. I also agree that at speed you will get more air in w/o the fan running than the fan could pull in on its own. They are great for stop and go...

    No, not the mechanical thermostat that resides in the system in stock form. I mean an add-on electronic thermostat w/ controller that reads engine temp and controls when things like an electric pump or fan kick on.

    maf in fender

    Yeah. Powerpipe or UPR boost pipe puts it in the fender. As do some other CAI setups. I know it can be pusing the length of the wiring. Just gives you a good excuse to get a Pro-M maf specifying fender mounting which will get you the proper wiring lengths.

    I am running a Novi 1000 with the UPR smog pump & a/c eliminator pulleys. Everything bolts up just fine, both in n/a form and with the s/c installed.
