    Well, got under the car and found the tag for the trans... glad I did. It's#'s were TR3550-7 TCET4615 which is a 10 spline inlet. So now I've got to find a 10 spline clutch that will hold the power. Any recomendations?

    I was under the impression that they only came in 10 spline (standard) or 26 spline. I can't believe the P.O. would upgrade the trans output and rear end to 31 spline and leave it 10 spline input.

    It's a TKO 500. I just can't find any info on what size clutch to get for it. I've was told 10.5 and to get a Centerforce D/F 26 Spline, but all the listings show those clutches as being 10.4. Just trying to confirm that is the one I need.

    that definately makes sense. But if I set the timing at 10* BTDC why would the rotor be farther counter-clockwise than the #1 postion on the cap? Isn't that after top dead center?
