    That should work, I just installed a 3G alt on my 69 and it needs an "excitor wire" or any ignition hot wire. And of course the big red one to the solenoid. The other wire is jumped over to the B+ as part of the plug/harness.

    Make sure you have a good welder do it. the guy that installed mine did not do that great of a job. But they work well. the car has to be sitting normally to install corrrectly, and if you make any other suspension changes it could affect your ride.

    I just got done reading it and it is great. However I don't intend on using that many relays and I also bought the EZWiring kit. Your diagrams for the switches really are helpful. I was most worried about getting those right and you cleared a lot of it up for me thanks!!! :nice:

    Who wants to see the pictures I took today of the 2005 Mustang GT? (56K Killer!)

    I like the new body vs the current Stang. If anything it says that Ford isn't afraid to be different. Maybe the Retro thing is too much for some people, but I think it will be a big hit. I am waiting to see what SE models they come out with, or just wait for the Cobra. :nice:
