    Reaction time is just that reaction the clock doesn't start untill you start to move so you could have a 30 sec reaction and still run a 10 through a 1/4 reaction is just how long it takes you from time lights drop till car moves

    i wouldn't think it would cause problems because stock box is a cold air intake also and it just has better flow for the design for the C&L (dont forget to try clocking mass air in differant locations for better idle also
