    Painless Wiring .... Quick Question.

The yellow wire to the starter relay goes on the battery side of the relay. The 2 red ignition wires need to splice into wires coming from the ignition switch that are hot in start and run. BTW, I just used 60511 to rewire my 86. This harness has extra length at the EEC so I put my EEC...

baddest 306 ...streetable combo you have ever seen

My setup is in sig. Very streetable. It also just passed emissions on the first try. I used a few tricks and it blew less than half the limits. It made 365 rwhp @ 5800 and 353 rwtq @ 5200. Torque is above 300 at the wheels by 3000 rpm.

Drag radials guys,at what rpm can you launch??

:rlaugh: Gotta love the stuff salesmen come up with. I met a guy the other day who told me Discount warrantied his new BFG DRs for 30,000 miles. DRs will hook pretty well on the street cold. But at the track they need a good burnout to work best.

Drag radials guys,at what rpm can you launch??

Yeah, I try to only use that smilie with certain people who I know won't take it the wrong way. :) I probably got 10,000 or so miles out of each set of Nittos. But I go to the track a lot (when my car runs) so those miles included a lot of burnouts. Regular usuage would get 15,000+ miles...

Drag radials guys,at what rpm can you launch??

I wasn't calling you stupid. I was just agreeing with noslo90. In my experience BFG DRs are a no-no in the rain. I went through 3 sets of Nitto DRs before switching to BFGs and the Nittos are fine in the rain.

Drag radials guys,at what rpm can you launch??

I launch at around 5200 on 275/50-15 BFG DRs. I cut mid to low 1.6s consistently with a best of 1.60.

    4.10 gearsw/ n-91 cam and tremec 3550

You'll be fine. You can go about 130 at 7000 rpm with 4.10s and a 26" tire. Nice setup btw. The N-91 and Vic 5.0 should show some nice gains for you.
