    YAY for tax return...

I already did the shifter, went with MGW, and I'm probably gonna wait a while for cams.

:( Won't run after tune and CAI install

Just as I expected, a 5 minute call to Bama straightened it out. When I submitted the order for the tune, I didn't include the CAI I ordered with it as one of my mods, so the tunes are as if the air box is stock. DOH! I was dumb and assumed since I was ordering it as a combo that the tune would...

:( Won't run after tune and CAI install

It appeared to. I've always been a pushrods guy before, so this is my first experience with a tuner. I tried both of the 87 octane tunes, and it did the same with both. I even disconnected the battery for ten minutes.

:( Won't run after tune and CAI install

Installed my JLT CAI and loaded up the tune from Bama, and now the car won't run :( I'll have to call Bama in the morning and try to troubleshoot. Only 18K on the odometer, the MAF is positioned correctly, and the TB looks pristine clean. And for the record, not bashing Bama. Their...

    chime while turning ??

I occasionally have my my fuel gauge go down to E, when the car is cold and I go around a turn. It sticks there and keeps warning me that there's low fuel. One or two start cycles usually fixes it. Also, I learned that the whole fuel gauges turns red, at least with the MyColor dashes once you...

    YAY for tax return...

Steeda billet pedals on the way too, LOL I keep ending up getting the same stuff I had on my '95 that I really liked. Wheels and tires are next, later in the summer. The rest of the tax return is going toward my trip to police week in DC. When I get the wheels and tires, I'm going up to 18's...

    YAY for tax return...

I've always been a pushrod guy, so I've been hesitant to start but the tax return came in and I couldn't wait anymore. Just about anything I'm going to want to do to the car requires a tune, and free tunes for life from Bama just seals the deal.

    Steeda vs Bama custom tunes

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm researching. Hoping to finally get in to adding some mods this summer. How is Steeda with tunes AFTER installation? It appears from what I'm reading, Bama provides free tunes if I add other mods down the line.....

MGW shifter...we still have to make it!?!?!?!?

Same as with my 95, people see the T-handle and say awww why did you get an automatic? My reply is usually "Count the pedals jackass"

MGW shifter...we still have to make it!?!?!?!?

It's in!!! PITA to do in the driveway without a lift, PITA to stratch that rubber boot around the base. Adjusted to 7 turns, and has a B&M Hammerhead T-Handle just like my 95 did. LOVE IT!!! HUGE difference!!:nice::nice:
