    It's the sensor in one of the hoses that goes into the heater core. Right next to the firewall, you can't miss it. Brian

    Meh, it's not that big a deal. I didn't even cut down my stock upper rad hose to fit the Exploder radiator, so it's a little bulgier than it could be. Contact is pretty minimal. Brian

    Forget about the 5.0 header nonsense, just run a Y-pipe after your stock cats (or replace stock cats) with two mufflers of your choice and LX tailpipes. I did mine a couple years ago for $185, including parts and labor. 5.0 master cylinder is the same as the 4-cyl., no need to change...

    Brakes, not breaks. Stock 13" Cobra brakes are functionally identical to the 13" Baer kit. Depends on if you want the "Baer" name and are willing to spend hundreds extra for it. Brian

    I twisted/soldered all the red/green wires together when I removed the coil pack plugs and wiring. No ignition problems yet. :nice: I have like three DP/DIS ignition harnesses lying around; I was collecting them for a while in case I screwed something up on my main one. PM me if you want one...

    Keep in mind that the average 2.3T isn't going to be exerting massive torque until higher in the RPM range. The instant torque off the line that a V8 makes is what breaks parts, like trannies and rears. Brian
