    hmmm....so does that mean no stopleak then? I used some a few oil changes ago and stopped using so much oil between changes, leaks went away and I'm noticing less metal shavings in the oil than previously (yeah, I know that's bad - I'm workin on it). if I shouldn't have used it...oh well

    Looks like they're in Flagstaff. I went to both autozone and checker around here and neither of them had any idea what I was talking about. and the only stuff they had for AC systems was the can of R-134a with the dye added to it. doesn't leak enough to puddle, but I use craploads of gas...

    well as a matter of fact I don't like the new vette. I personally like the looks of the 80's vette :) but what I was saying is that I think a shorter rear goes more with the style. And I don't think i would mind having 4-6" trunk opening, so long as the panel between the taillights opens...

    chrome bullitts...little too blingbling for me... add some color keyed mirrors and do some custom bodywork on the back, and you got yourself one helluva car (shortened rear if you didn't notice) don't mean to hijack the thread or anything...just seems logical to keep recent stuff...

    Anybody know where to get this stuff? The usual local places don't have it, and I've found it online, but only in a kit with blacklight, gloves etc. anybody know where I can just find the dye itself? I'm really getting sick of having a gas leak somewhere and not being able to find it. thanks...

    I'm wondering how no mufflers will sound. if it doesn't sound like a pickup truck and its not too loud, might be a decent idea

    oh and I wish my woman was excited about it. she doesn't want me to get rid of my 86 cause she bought it as a present for me (which I can totally understand - and I'll try not to sell it), and she doesn't see why I would need a new car (or how I could afford it)
