    One of my Photoshops

i like that one. most people are putting gigantic cowl hoods on. I think it looks sweet with just a 1.5, which that looks like. ducktail is sweet too. not too keen on the side exhaust or the wheels though...nice work

    Installing speedo gear question...

squeeze the ends together with pliers, stick a screwdriver in the round end and yank it out. its tough. I recommend bending the ends in a little before you put it back in so its easier to get out next time.

US Regulations makes the rear bigger?

back to the ORIGINAL subject, I think I read somewhere that they actually had to make the rear hang out more so it wouldn't be classified as a compact and therefore get hit big cause of the power/fuel economy stuff....am I right? and for Ron's comments about chrome bumpers, safety crap...

    Performance exhaust opinions needed

doesn't give a length, but maybe something like this? http://www.exhaustproslinc.com/boxstrmuforc.html if you're going to cap the outlet on the side opposite the inlet, you should be able to deal with the extra length if its any longer....

    Best Mufflers for Stock 5.0?

FYI, Borlas can be had cheaply on Ebay and other online sites.I got my Pro XS mufflers for $75 each on ebay and it was worth every penny. more power than my flowmasters, nice and quiet at idle (even with dumps) and sounds badassed at WOT

why in the world would you want something like that? anyway, Borla makes some...not sure of the size though. The Pro XS series can be had cheaply online and there is a nice power increase.

GM guy here, thinking of a '05, I don't know though, knowing of ford quality....

it all depends on the ins. company. I was on my parents policy for a couple months with my stang and I didn't live at home, but I think they told the company I was still in school (I had dropped out a couple months earlier). state farm is the cheapest I've found for myself. when I was on...

    05' mustang Rear spoiler POLL

yeah, I love that ducktail also. unfortunately, I can understand why ford never opted for it...some will like it, some won't. and its easier to just put on and take off a $50 spoiler with nuts and bolts than it is to put on and take off a ducktail...if any of that made sense

GM guy here, thinking of a '05, I don't know though, knowing of ford quality....

as for affording it...doubful, unless your dad wants to help you with payments too. $20k financed is almost $400 a month - a fact which is starting to bring me to the realization that unless I get a nice raise this year, I won't be able to afford an 05 either. as for quality, I complain...
