    well I am from rural manitoba Canada and it is hard to find someone to port, so I will probabally just use the intake out of the box unless I can find a ported 95 cobra intake. So if the TFS is better out of the box I will prolly just order one of those.

    Which one of these intake manifolds would go with this combo better?? I have a trick flow stage1 cam, BBK CAI, 70mm TB, BBK unequal shorties, O/R H-pipe, American Thunder 40 series cat-back, and I am going to have stock ported heads.

    65,000 miles on the motor that is being built and it is out of a 95 GT mustang as well. have a cloys double roller chain set on order for this as well.

    Well that helps to give me a better idea what to do. I just like the idea of opening my hood and seeing stock heads and intake's (ported lower), and being able to run an 05 or scare an LS1, maybee burn LT1's seems pretty awesome.

If I go with Thumper's E7 head set with a B cam and the timing chain set for $895.00. use stock rockers, pushrods and so on can I expect to see some substancial gains? Would like to see...

    I took the #8 + #4 pistons out and took them to a machine shop and he said that there is nothing wrong with the rings, but there is some copper showing on the bearings and I took two of the crank caps off and they were also showing very slightly a bit of copper. So I will re-bearing the rod...

    Alright I bought a complete 5.0 engine out of a 95 mustang that was burning oil and pulled out at 107.000 kms or like 64,000miles for $150. It was supposed to have low compression on cyl #8 and I pulled the heads off last night kinda scared at what I would find, the cyl walls all look perfect...
