    How much for cam swap?

    well just to make this clear you realize that the SOHC is 2 cams and the DOHC is 4 cams. Also I don't think it will be that easy to go from a SOHC setup to a DOHC setup on the same block.

    it's the timing adjuster. It allows you to bump up your timing, but you have to use premium fuel though.

    Try looking at IAC or changing the tranny fluid, maybe the fuelpump? Looks like you already did the basic stuff.
