Thanks for clarifying this for everyone Noemi.

Limp home mode and odd code P061

If it were me and I was certain the throttle body (the most common cause for these codes) was not the concern of the P061B and P2106 codes, I would stress test the ignition coils and replace any that fail. Stress testing the coils requires an oscilloscope so it may be hard for you to find...

Limp home mode and odd code P061

The codes P201 - P208 are not valid codes. Codes must be 5 digit with the first digit being a letter as the other codes you listed were. It sounds as if you have more than one concern present. The concern you've had for like 6 months now with the P061B and P2106 is most likely related to the...

    Stumped...Car won't jump

So did you reinstall the battery after taking it out and charging it? Does the car start normally now? I have had these cars give me fits when the batteries were dead trying to jump start them. It's because of the design of the battery cable ends - very difficult to get a good connection. I...

    Engine noise help

My suggestion would be to take it to a different dealer and see if they tell you the same thing. It might be normal, it might not.

A/C low pressure switch 07 GT

Really haven't seen any problems with this switch failing on cars like yours. Could be you just got a bad part. More common on these cars is the compressor clutch relay which would have about the same symptoms if it were failing.

    Oil life monitor seems off

The oil life message is calculated by a 7500 mile or 180 day countdown. The starting oil life can also be changed to 50% or 3750 miles through the message center. You may have inadvertently changed this setting without realizing it. Your owners manual should have all the info you need to...

    Messed up power steering. Help!

Your power steering pump is most likely failing. It isn't a common problem on those cars, but it does happen every now & then. Take a look at the power steering fluid. Is it a dark red or brown, or even close to black in color? Smell it also - does it smell burnt? If either of those fluid...

    Messed up power steering. Help!

Have you had any work done on the power steering such as a power steering fluid flush or had the power steering fluid changed?

06 Mustang GT: Help me identify the problem

When you say WOT, do you mean sitting still in neutral, or do you mean while actually driving the car with the RPM's at least at 4500? You will most likely need to take the car to someone with a more capable scan tool that can read all sensors aside from the SCT tool that you are using now.

06 Mustang GT: Help me identify the problem

That datalog file is nothing but giberish to me. I would check your fuel pressure - make sure it's not loosing any at WOT or heavy load conditions. Have you checked for codes? Has the message center displayed any warning about fail safe mode?

    ambeant air temp location

The ambient temp sensor has nothing to do with the electronic engine controls. Are you sure you don't mean the intake air temperature sensor? If it is the IAT reading you are looking at, it is part of the mass air-flow sensor.

Off topic.. Looking for a good Fusion/Milan Hybrid site

Yes you can use a battery tender on your car. Make sure it is a "smart" charger before leaving it hooked up for an extended period. I believe the number you call for road side assistance is the same as any Lincoln/Mercury. That number is 800-521-4140 The Fusion & Milan hybrids have been on...

    Only misses at 3000 RPM?

+1 I agree with Sparta Tracking this concern down on your own without a capable scan tool is likely going to be an expensive adventure guessing what's wrong and throwing parts at it.

    06 GT random misfire

Ford came out with a bulletin awhile back that states if the vehicle is used in "severe duty" to change the spark plugs on 3-valve motors at 60K miles. I recommend to everyone to change them at 60K miles regardless of usage. The plug gap shows quite a bit of wear at 60K miles on most vehicles...

    Only misses at 3000 RPM?

Big difference between a hesitation and a miss. It's most likely a miss and If its a miss, it's most likely a bad coil or spark plug. Hesitations are usually related to the throttle body, throttle position sensor, or accelerator pedal sensor.

    800 HP

Is this a serious question? By road racing, do you really mean road racing, or do you mean drag racing? That kind of horsepower is not going to be usable on a road course in my opinion. 800HP - wow, your going to have to pump some serious boost into that 4.6 to get those kind of numbers. You...

Off topic.. Looking for a good Fusion/Milan Hybrid site

I don't know of any forums that are specifically devoted to those cars, but you can ask here and I'll do my best to answer your questions. I'm a Ford senior master technician and am hybrid certified. Do you have any specific questions you're looking for an answer to?

    DTC P0455 help on a 2007 V6

By the clearing of codes as I mentioned above, I meant manually clearing them by disconnecting the battery or PCM, removing the PCM's memory fuse, or using a scan tool to clear codes.
