    14.5:1 AFR is BAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDD If you melted a plug then you might have melted a piston as well. Time for a compression test. Time for injectors and stand alone computer

    Hmm I made 268rwhp/311tq with stock heads and a Steeda 19 cam, not bad numbers but you could pick a lot up with the right cam. You are really limiting yourself right now.

    Those heads are awesome, and no they are not to much for a 302!!!! The more air the better, its just normally 2 valve heads have to have crazy lift and big ports to get flow numbers near those and then you lose bottom end power like mad.
